Haiti located in the West Indies and occupies the Western third of the island of Hispañiola which it shares with the Dominican Republic. Haiti’s Capital, is Port-au- Prince and is two hours by air from Miami. The Capital has a population of 2 million. Average life expectancy is short and infant mortality is high. One third of all children die before their 5th birthday.

History: There are approximately 300,000 street and slave children in Haiti; some as young as 4 years old. Thousands more are abandoned and on the streets of Port au Prince. Due to periodic upheavals in local government, the down turn of our own US economy, the earthquake , recent hurricane, and cholera outbreak things have gotten worse.  We need to bring immediate relief to the children Haiti. Haitian Kids Now Organizations is a ministry that cares and wants to see children live to see tomorrow.
